It depends on the size of the job, so we do not publish fixed prices. We give you a written quote before any work starts, and that is the price you pay. If something changes along the way, we tell you what it costs before we do it.

Yes. Our IT Management service covers your computers, email, networks and the day to day problems that come with them. You get someone to call when something stops working.

You contact us and we fix it. We do not hand over a job and disappear. We can also set up an ongoing support arrangement so there is always someone responsible.

We control who can get into your systems, keep your software up to date, and take regular backups. We also test that those backups actually work, because a backup nobody has tested is not really a backup.

Yes. Our QA and Testing service means we find the faults before your customers do. Every piece of work is checked properly before it is released.

Often, yes. We start by looking at what you already have and explaining what shape it is in. Sometimes the answer is to repair it rather than replace it, and we will say so even though a rebuild would earn us more.
