Six things we do. Most jobs start with one and grow into two or three.
Whichever you need, you get a written price before we start and plain
answers all the way through.
01
Web & Mobile Apps Design
We design and build websites and phone apps that people can actually use.
We start by agreeing what the thing has to do, then show you the screens
before any code is written, so you can change your mind while it is still
cheap. What we build works the same on a phone as it does on a laptop, and
loads quickly on a slow connection. When it is finished you get the code.
- Company websites and customer portals
- Android and iPhone apps
- Online forms, bookings and payments
02
IT Management
We look after the computers, email and networks your team works on.
Someone is watching your systems, applying updates, and dealing with the
small problems before they become big ones. When something does break, you
have a number to call and a person who already knows how your setup works.
- Day-to-day support for staff
- Email, network and server upkeep
- New starter and leaver setups
03
Data Security
We keep your files, accounts and customer records out of the wrong hands.
We control who can reach what, keep everything patched, and take backups
off-site. Then we test that those backups actually restore, because a backup
nobody has tried is not a backup. If the worst happens, you have a plan
rather than a panic.
- Access control and two-step sign-in
- Off-site backups, restore-tested
- Reviews before an audit, not after
04
Business Reform
We find the slow manual work and replace it with something that does it for you.
First we watch how the work actually happens, not how the process document
says it does. Usually the same information is being typed in twice, or three
systems are doing one job. We show you where the hours go, then build the
fix and tell you what it saved.
- Finding where time is lost
- Replacing double entry with one system
- Reports your managers will actually open
05
IT Consultancy
Straight advice on what technology you need, with no sales pitch attached.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need to buy anything, or that
the system you have can be repaired rather than replaced. We will say so,
even when a rebuild would earn us more. You get the findings in writing
whether or not you carry on with us.
- Reviewing what you already have
- Choosing between build, buy and repair
- Written findings and costs
06
QA & Testing
We find the faults before your customers do.
Every piece of work is checked properly before it goes live, including the
awkward cases people forget: the expired card, the dropped connection, the
form filled in wrongly. Finding those in testing costs an afternoon. Finding
them in front of a customer costs a great deal more.
- Testing before release
- Checking the awkward cases, not just the happy path
- Re-testing after every change
